On Easter Saturday, we swapped mountain peaks for a sea breeze, our mid-season jackets for sunglasses, and headed straight for the coast – to Pomol okusov (Pear of delights) in Izola, which kicked off its season on that very day.

Today, the terrace of Hotel Ramada was taken over by pure fan energy! With the warm sun shining down and the first competitors enthusiastically racing down an improvised ski course above the hotel, the excitement was already building for the iconic competition returning to the slopes of Vitranc on March 1st.

This week, Kranjska Gora once again hosted one of the most prestigious winter sports events - the Audi FIS Alpine Ski World Cup for Women Kranjska Gora 2025. The competition, which is watched by ski enthusiasts from all over the world, impressed this year with the excellent preparation of the competition slope and a rich accompanying program.
