The tourism company Hit Alpinea and the AED Society for Cardiovascular Disease have joined forces to provide a new automated external defibrillator (AED). This will be available to all citizens and visitors in front of the Josip Vandot elementary school in Kranjska Gora.

The 57th Golden Fox will once again take place in Kranjska Gora this year due to a lack of snow on Pohorje. As in previous years, the majority of accommodations will be provided by Hit Alpinea hotels, which have a long-standing partnership with the event organizers.

During the Ski Flying World Championships in Planica, Hit Alpinea is hosting all competing teams and accompanying staff in three hotels in Kranjska Gora. Special hygiene and safety protocols have been implemented to protect the health of both participants and employees.

For the first time, Slovenia will host World Cup events in Nordic disciplines for athletes with disabilities. Hit Alpinea, in co-organization with the Nordic Center Planica, will welcome the world's top athletes with disabilities for competitions in cross-country skiing and biathlon before the end of this winter season.
