Special discounts for children:
Extra bed in a double room with two adults:
- child up to 6 years in an extra bed: EUR 35 per day (free stay with no extra bed)
- children aged 6 to 12 years: 30% discount
- Cot: EUR 12 per day
Standard bed in a double room with one adult:
- Free stay for children under 6 years without a bed, single room supplement for adults
- Children aged 6 to 12 years: 20% discount
Discount for the 3rd adult in the room: 10% discount
Aditional disscounts:
- 30% discount for each additional entry to the Wellness Hit Alpinea sauna centers (during operating hours).
Additional fees:
- Tourist tax, registration fee, and insurance: EUR 3.5 per adult per night; children from 7 to 18 years EUR 1.75 per person per night
- Single room extra: EUR 35.00 per day
- Higher room category: EUR 20.00 per room per day
- Price of an extra day: €75.00 and includes halfboard
Payment and cancellation terms:
You must secure your reservation with a 50% prepayment to a transaction account or by credit card (card type, cardholder, card number, and validity). The rest of the payment is settled at the front desk.
- Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival
- For cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
- In case of no-show without cancellation, you will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation

- Hit Alpinea d.o.o. shall not be held liable for non-operation or reduced operation of facilities or services owned by other providers as a result of the organisation of competitions and events, lack of snow or bad weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, nor shall they be grounds for refunding the purchase price, claiming a discount, or extending the validity of the ticket.
- Extra beds (baby cot, bed suitable for a child up to 6 years, and extra bed for a 3rd adult) are only available in certain room types and subject to availability (prior reservation is needed). If an extra bed is placed in a double room, the free area of the room is reduced accordingly and movement around the room may be restricted.
